To Have A Dream!

My 3 biggest dreams for this coming year are:1. Convince electoral analysts that it's infantile to bicker over which of very many single-winner election rules are the best when 

1. a two party-dominated system is here to stay in the US for the foreseeable future and 
2. what matters much more is to improve the mix of single-winner and multi-winner elections.

2. Get progressive to see that the best way to secure ethnic/economic/ideological minority rights and to subvert the military-industrial-congressional complexto deter future wars is to improve the mix of single-winner and multi-winner elections in the US.  
3. Convince Campaign Finance Reform advocates that you can't trust the foxes to guard the hen-house... so Election Reform needs to precede serious Campaign Finance Reform and the money donated to CFR advocates wouldbe better spent if transferred to FairVote for their upcoming campaign for American forms of Proportional Representation.
